Hotel Reservation Hub

Welcome to Hotel Reservation Hub (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (“Platform”). By using the Platform to make hotel reservations or participating in our affiliate or corporate programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use.

Scope of Service

We provide a neutral online marketplace to search, compare, and book accommodations offered by third-party hotel partners. We neither own nor manage any listed property.

User Eligibility & Obligations

  • Must be 18+ with legal capacity to contract.
  • Supply accurate, current information.
  • Confirm all booking details before proceeding.
  • Follow hotel-specific terms at check-in/out.

Hotel Policies

Each property sets terms for:

  • Check-in/out procedures
  • Cancellation, no-show, and refund rules
  • Deposits or incidental charges
  • Identification requirements

Please review these before confirming your reservation. We are not responsible for issues arising from non-compliance.

Prices & Payments

  • Rates fluctuate based on availability, seasons, promotions.
  • All taxes and fees are disclosed pre-payment.
  • Full/partial prepayment may be required by hotels.
  • Secure third-party payment processors are used; we do not store card data.

Booking Confirmation & Changes

  • You’ll receive confirmation via email and/or SMS.
  • Modifications require hotel approval and may incur charges.
  • We cannot guarantee the acceptance of modification requests.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary per hotel and are shown during booking.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Corporate & Group Booking Terms

Ideal for corporates and group travel (5+ rooms):

  • Tailored packages for events, corporate travel, conferences
  • Must confirm reservation via group contract and advance notice
  • Prepayment and cancellation policies set in contract
  • Dedicated account manager available

Affiliate Program Policies

Our Affiliate Program rewards referrals via unique affiliate links.

Eligibility & Conduct:

  • Operate a website/blog/social account with travel-related content
  • Follow applicable laws
  • No scams, misleading ads, or spam

Commission & Tracking:

  • Paid on confirmed bookings through affiliate links
  • Cookies valid for [insert days]
  • Monthly payouts with a minimum threshold of [insert amount]

Prohibited Activities:

  • Misleading content
  • Unsolicited emails
  • Unauthorized use of brand terms in B2B bidding

User Conduct

Do not:

  • Submit false or misleading info
  • Access restricted areas of the Platform
  • Use for illegal or unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Post defamatory, abusive, or hateful content

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, software, etc.) is owned by Hotel Reservation Hub or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our [Privacy Policy], outlining data collection, use, and protection. We commit to data security and do not sell your personal information.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes. Major updates will be posted with a revised date.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Hotel cancellations, service quality, or availability
  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during stays
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your contract is directly with the booked hotel.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria.
